1. Warranty period: 1 year after acceptance

2. Product failure service response time limit during the warranty period:

Ø Provide 24-hour technical response service.

Ø Within the warranty period, respond within 24 hours after receiving the purchaser's repair call.

3. Fault repair time limit: Maintenance personnel arrive at the site within 48 hours.

4. Warranty service fee after the expiration of the warranty period: After the warranty period, if the product fails, it will arrive at the scene within 48 hours after the repair. If the parts need to be replaced, our company will only bear the replacement cost of the parts incurred in the product repair itself. The fee does not exceed the current market price range.
